In this episode of The Progression Puzzle, we welcome the visionary Damian Horner, co-founder of Real Vision, to piece together his progression puzzle. 
 
From an early age growing up in a working-class household just outside of Leeds, Damian always had a passion for advertising and communications. Through sheer determination and hard work, he managed to throw open the doors and find his place in the industry.
 
Damian's career has always been characterised by his ability to think outside of the box. It is this thinking which catapulted him to the top of the industry very early on in his career. However, once there, he found that the environment stifled his revolutionary thinking which he passionately believed is the key to success. 
 
Since then he has followed the opportunities that life has presented from publishing to gaming and everything in between. Damian's latest adventure is Real Vision, a disruptive financial media platform. The aim of Real Vision is to democratise information within financial services to allow everyone access to the information needed to make well-informed investments.
